Piano Room, No More

When we moved in we made a major layout change, in that we made the original dining room off the kitchen our family room

and made the formal living room a living and dining room.

My parents were in town two weeks ago, and while here my mom got out her paint brush and helped us by painting the living room/now dining room with a free afternoon. The slight change in yellow, light curtains, different furniture, and a new rug, really helped to change the space!

I will have better before and after pictures once the trim is painted white and the sitting area side of the room is finished. But progress is progress.

All the trim in the house will be painted white eventually. Just wait until you see the hallway progress! Until next time.
