Meet Me in the Red Room

It was a long Friday and Saturday, but Jeff and I got a lot done. Not all is noticeable in pictures. Allow me to summarize, on Friday we:
1. Completed the 1st coat of brown trim in the study.
2. Had the new security system install--I mention this because it took a chunk or of my day.
3. 1st coat of yellow on the writing porch.
4. 3/4 of brown trim on writing porch completed.

 Today Jeff and I took the morning to each run errands, but that doesn't mean no work got done! We got a lot completed, though we did not take pictures of all of the projects, so you will need to wait until tomorrow for more pictures. On Saturday we:
1. Move the fridge and stove and cleaned behind them--IT WAS SO GROSS!
2. We painted the remaining yellow wall in the kitchen with the 1st coat of grey
3. 2nd coat of brown on the study trim
4. Finished 1st coat of brown on the writing porch trim
5. 2nd coat of yellow on writing porch walls
6. 2nd coat of grey on the kitchen wall before we left

The study is done! All it needs is the new light fixture installed and a ton of books to be a true study. Here are a few before and after (more to follow):

 A very different look. I can't wait to see it furnished!
