Hello Readers! I know you have been waiting on what's next now that we have moved on from our first place.
Here she is!
She is a a colonial style, 1800 sqft, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, home built in 1965. There is enough space to have two living areas and hardwood floors throughout. The two car garage was a big selling feature for us with all the snow we get around here. The back yard makes the house!
She needs some work. Surprise, surprise. BUUUUUT, I wouldn't be rebooting the blog if she didn't. So, here are the rough photos I took yesterday after our closing. Hopefully, you can see the vision Jeff and I see. We think all she needs is a little (or a lot of TLC).

The half bath is thankfully the only room with wall paper.
(*Spoiler Alert* there are two layers of wall paper. Think of the blog post potential!)

We are so excited about our new house. Did I mention it has a stream!
The bones are good. Some paint and furnishings and she will look better. We are hoping to put some work in on Saturday before our Valentines Day move. There are plenty of things to do, but we are hoping to get the paint on the walls in room or two and polish the hardwood floors throughout before the furniture goes in. Fingers crossed the weather cooperates!
